Robbert Bleij

Robbert Bleij is a versatile actor and screenwriter. With a natural flair for comedy and drama, he has garnered acclaim for his ability to embody various roles across different languages and genres.

Bleij’s journey in the entertainment industry began with a passion for storytelling and performance. Fluent in English (he lived in Ireland and the UK) and Dutch, he possesses a unique skill set that enables him to portray a wide range of characters authentically while switching between accents.

Throughout his career, Robbert has been involved in both acting as well as screenwriting, contributing to several television productions. One of his newest screenwriting projects is ‘BINNENVET’, a comedy sketch series, set to release at the beginning of 2025 in The Netherlands.

Some notable acting credits include films like “PERANG KOTA (This City Is A Battlefield)” directed by Mouly Surya, “CAPTAIN NOVA” directed by Maurice Trouwborst, and “EXPEDITIE CUPIDO” directed by Erwin van den Eshof. Recent (international) television series include “A SMALL LIGHT” (DISNEY+), “KLIKBEET” (NTR), “HET VERHAAL VAN NEDERLAND” (NTR), and the Dutch classic soap series ‘’GOEDE TIJDEN, SLECHTE TIJDEN’’ (RTL).

Like in his roles, Robbert loves being versatile in his life, demonstrated by his passion for bushcraft, sports climbing, martial arts, shooting both with bow and arrow as well as (hand)guns. Furthermore, his expertise as an Outdoor Survival Instructor, his love for staying out in the wilderness, and touring Europe on his motorcycle reflect his adventurous spirit and commitment to mastering new skills.
